team
At Station Styles Needham Market, we’re more than a salon, we’re a team of passionate groomers who share the same values and training. Every member of our team has been personally mentored and professionally trained by Georgie, ensuring the highest standards of care, skill, and consistency in every groom.
This hands-on training means our clients can trust that no matter who they book with, their pet will always receive the same expert attention and gentle handling.
Together, Georgie and her team bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and compassion to the salon, united by a love of animals and a dedication to making every pet look and feel their best.
Georgie runs both of our salons and has been grooming for over 10 years, starting her career at just 14. She’s experienced with every size and breed, from tiny terriers to giant Newfoundlands, and has a real passion for helping the next generation of groomers grow in confidence and skill.
Kelise has been part of our team for nearly two years, working closely with Georgie. She started out bathing dogs and learning how to read their different behaviours, and is now taking the next step by training as a groomer. She’s patient, gentle and always eager to learn.
Holly joined us just over a year ago and is a key part of our bathing team. She makes sure every dog is fresh, clean and comfortable before their groom. Holly has a real love for animals and hopes to continue her training to become a groomer in the future.
